Meet Zhane

Zhané Amari is a proud alumna of Columbia College Chicago, where she earned her degree in Cinema arts and science and minored in Voiceover.

A versatile and driven creative, Zhané combines her storytelling skills with her passion for uplifting others. Fluent in American Sign Language, she is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and accessibility in her work and community. Zhané has contributed over 1,000 logged hours to community service, championing causes that reflect her values of compassion and sustainability.

Her artistic journey began at the Southwest Arts Center, where she delivered a heartfelt performance of Mother to Son by Langston Hughes. She gained further recognition after winning first place in the Boys & Girls Club’s Oratorical Competition, an experience that ignited her passion for performing. Zhané honed her craft at Tri-Cities High School’s Drama Magnet Program and trained extensively at Fox Theatre’s Camp Broadway and Rising Stars programs. Her dedication and talent earned her a full scholarship to AMDA’s Drama Conservatory, where she expanded her expertise in both stage and screen performance.

With a deep passion for the arts and a lifelong commitment to service, Zhané is dedicated to using her creative talents to make a meaningful impact both on and off the screen.
